Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Raasa saree. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-stitched blouses or specialized alterations.
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:

- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to our London studio.
- Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
