We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and authenticity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.
Quality assurance
Each saree goes through a quality check before it is shipped, to be sure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because sales are final, we’d encourage you to use the virtual fitting room and read the fabric descriptions and full-size images closely before you buy.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 24 hours of delivery at Raasauk@gmail.com with photographs of the piece. We review every case individually.
