Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, to over 78 countries. UK orders ship free, and worldwide shipping is free on orders above £200. Customs and duties on international orders are payable by the customer.
How does the virtual fitting room work?
Upload a clear, front-facing photo taken head to toe, choose a saree, and we render a preview of that piece draped on you in about 25 seconds. Full-length matters: a close-up or head-and-shoulders crop gives the drape no figure to fall on and the result will not look right. Your portrait is sent to our processing partner to generate the image and is not kept in our customer database.
What is your return policy?
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and authenticity, all sales at Raasa are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please use the virtual fitting room and read the fabric descriptions closely before purchasing. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Are the sarees pure silk?
We pride ourselves on authenticity. Our Banarasi and Kanjivaram collections are crafted from pure silk with authentic zari work. Each product description states the fabric composition and care instructions.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are processed in 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5. International orders are processed in 2–3 working days and usually take 7–14, depending on destination and customs.
Can I customise the blouse stitching?
Our sarees currently come with an unstitched blouse piece. We plan to offer a custom stitching service in future.
