1. Introduction
Welcome to Raasa by Anisha. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we look after your personal data when you visit our website, and tells you about your privacy rights.
2. Data we collect
We collect specific information in order to provide our services:
Name, username, or similar identifier.
Billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.
Photographs you upload to the virtual fitting room.
3. The virtual fitting room & your portrait
The virtual fitting room requires you to upload a photograph of yourself. We treat those images carefully:
Your photograph is transmitted to our servers only to render the preview. We do not retain the uploaded photograph in our customer database — the try-on record keeps the generated result and session data, not your original image.
To generate the preview your image is securely transmitted to Google Cloud's Vertex AI, which processes it and returns the result. It is not used to train models.
You may request deletion of your try-on history at any time by contacting us.
4. How we use your data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, that is: where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you, such as shipping your order; where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests; and where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
